Madeline Project is a flower preservation and botanical art studio dedicated to transforming meaningful flowers into timeless works of art.

Our Story

Madeline Project began with a simple belief:

What started from a love for flowers and handmade craftsmanship has grown into a creative studio specializing in flower preservation, botanical resin art, and floral keepsakes.

Every flower that comes into our studio has its own character. Some arrive as part of a wedding bouquet, some from a meaningful celebration, and some simply because they were too beautiful to let go.

We carefully transform these flowers into artworks and keepsakes while preserving the natural character that makes each bloom unique.

The Art of Flower Preservation

Flower preservation is a delicate process that requires patience, precision, and an understanding of how each type of flower responds over time.

Every bloom is carefully assessed and prepared according to its type, structure, condition, and desired final artwork. Depending on the design, the process may include drying, conditioning, arranging, resin finishing, and other preservation techniques.

For our 3D preservation pieces, flowers are carefully preserved while maintaining as much of their natural shape, dimension, and character as possible. Selected pieces may also receive a premium clear resin coating to provide an additional protective layer around the delicate blooms.

Because we work with real flowers, no two preservation projects are ever exactly alike.

Subtle changes in color, shape, and texture are a natural part of the preservation process. We believe these imperfections are part of what makes your artwork uniquely yours.

Founder & Senior Flower Preservation Artist

Madeline Project was founded by Eveline Kirana, whose passion for flowers, preservation, and handcrafted art became the foundation of the studio.

As the Founder and Senior Flower Preservation Artist, Eveline is personally involved in the creative process, from preparing and preserving individual flowers to composing them into their final form.

Her approach combines careful craftsmanship with an appreciation for the natural beauty of flowers, allowing each piece to remain personal, delicate, and meaningful.

Madeline Project accepts flower preservation projects from Surabaya, Jakarta, and Bali, Indonesia, with selected drop-off points and delivery options available depending on your location.

For wedding bouquet preservation, we recommend contacting us before your event so our team can guide you through flower handling, delivery, preservation options, and the most suitable artwork for your bouquet.
