Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

At Madeline Project, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure your piece arrives safely and beautifully.

Ready-to-Wear & In-Stock Products

Ready to wear accessories are carefully inspected, securely packaged, and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days before being handed over to the shipping carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, weekends, public holidays, customs clearance, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Custom & Flower Preservation Orders

For custom flower preservation projects, the estimated production time begins after we receive your flowers and may take approximately 3–4 months, depending on the type of preservation, flower condition, artwork, and design complexity.

The production period does not include shipping or delivery time.

Once your preservation artwork is completed, we will contact you to arrange the final delivery or collection.

Sending Your Flowers to Us

If you are sending flowers to Madeline Project for preservation, please contact us before shipping your flowers.

We will provide the appropriate delivery instructions based on your location and preservation project.

We currently accept flower preservation projects from:

Surabaya · Jakarta · Bali

Because fresh flowers are delicate and time sensitive, proper handling and shipping are essential. We may recommend specific delivery methods depending on the type and condition of your flowers.

Madeline Project is not responsible for deterioration, damage, or loss of flowers caused by delays, improper packaging, or conditions during transit before the flowers reach our studio.

Shipping fees are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated.

The customer is responsible for applicable shipping costs for:

Customs regulations vary by country, and Madeline Project cannot guarantee that a shipment will not be subject to additional fees or delays.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully package every order before shipment. However, once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delays or incidents during transit may occur.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number
